FOUNDER
Scott House
Snake Creek Consulting, L.L.C. was founded by Scott House in September of 2020. Scott brings over 20 years of experience in the outdoor recreation/retail and hospitality industries as well as serving multiple nonprofit organizations in that time. Through his diverse experience, continued education, and leadership training, Scott has been able to build a skill set and knowledge base that covers everything from high level planning and goal development down to ground level operations. This skill set and knowledge base includes marketing (traditional and digital), communications, community/public relations, operational and risk management, program and event development/management, employee development and retention strategies and more.
Scott lives in Heber City, Utah with his wife, Lane, and two sons, Callum and Brewer. Scott and his family spend as much time as they can together, recreating in the mountains, deserts, forests, lakes and rivers of Utah and the Intermountain West. Scott is an avid outdoorsman, a passionate professional guide, and an outdoor educator. You can often find Scott mountain biking on the endless mountain and desert singletrack in the west, relishing in the deep powder snow of the Wasatch and Uinta Mountains, hunting in the hills, fishing the abundant rivers and streams, and always sharing his passion and knowledge of the outdoors with others.
